When you hire me for your event, headshots, branding, property, or product photography, I know how important your images are. They tell your story and represent your business. That is why protecting your photos is my highest priority from the moment the shoot ends until you receive your final gallery.
Right after the shoot, I back up your images to an external hard drive on-site whenever I can. This first backup helps protect your files while I am still at the location. If I can’t do it there because of time or other reasons, I back everything up to the cloud and two different external hard drives as soon as I get home. This multi-step process ensures your images are safe from loss or damage during transport and editing.
Even before that, your photos are protected inside the camera. I use professional cameras that save every shot on two memory cards at the same time. So if one card fails, the images are still safe on the other.
I also take care when handling your files. I never delete photos from the memory cards until your gallery is complete and delivered. I have over 20 memory cards ready, so I can keep your original files safe while working on backups and edits. This extra care protects your photos at every stage.
